This VILLAS project consisted of the restoration of a pre-existing structure, set on an 8,500 m² plot, resulting in a luxury villa with a floor area of 1,700 m², comprising two floors and a rooftop.
The upper floor consists of a large living room, dining room, TV room, kitchen, master suite, and three suites, while the lower floor consists of a gym, cinema room, kitchen, wine cellar, large garage, service area with laundry room, and maid’s suite.
Outside, a 200 m² guest house was built from scratch, and there is a garden throughout the property, with a swimming pool and jacuzzi.
The project features exquisite finishes by the architectural firm, combined with sophisticated technical installations.
