The Luxury Residence Lapa is located in Lapa, Lisbon, one of the city’s most distinguished and enduring neighbourhoods, where classical façades, quiet streets and river views have long defined a particular idea of living well.
The project begins with a building rich in history. Designed by acclaimed Portuguese architect Ricardo Bak Gordon, the existing structure is being carefully transformed into a contemporary residence of 600 sqm that honours its origins while elevating every detail. Working inside a protected historic setting demands a level of rigour that leaves no room for improvisation, from the treatment of the original façade to the precision of every new element introduced behind it. Construction will take place over a 17 month execution period.
